To be a leaderyou:
-Must have been on the site for at least 2 weeks.
-Must have no serious .
ACCEPTED WAYS OF BECOMING LEADER:
-Winning and audition for an open spot
You can challenge a leader through roleplay, but it up to the leader's user if they want to give up the position.
Other times there will be roleplay auditions for new Coallitions or open positions.
To form a new mob, this happens through roleplay and must happen before you ask to set up a mob.
(ie: two males band together and meet up with two females, they decide to create a mob)
If a group is pulled together, the leader is worked out between the members.
I'll post the auditions in within the roleplay.
